We have built a platform capable of running several AI Agents in parallel to address all your customer inquiries. Our AI Agents are powered by various Large Language Models (LLMs). We are using the most advanced LLMs from OpenAI and Mistral for reasoning, smaller LLMs for more basic tasks, and fine-tuned models for some parts of the conversations to ensure minimal latency and build domain-understanding agents.
Which models are you using? All of them. We are, quite literraly using several LLM models to run our AI Agents. Some models are open-source, like Llama3, and Mixtral for domain specific tasks, some reasoning tasks are done by the most advanced closed models like GPT4 and Mistral Large.
