At ScaleVoice, we automate customer operations processes for traditional industries that are human capital intensive. Our main focus is currently the automotive market in the US, where we work with multiple companies.


We deploy AI agents capable of near-human communication via voice or text, over the phone, SMS or any other channel. They can have complex reasoning, long-term memory, domain-specific knowledge, can use traditional ERP/DMS systems without APIs like a human, but also mine CRM data and manage the entire customer journey process individually for each lead. Our goal is to turn every lead into a happy customer because we get paid for successful conversions.

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a proactive and adaptable Delivery Manager to join our fast-paced startup team. If you're passionate about AI, thrive in dynamic environments, and excel at bringing innovative solutions to life, this role is for you. You'll be the linchpin connecting our technology with client success, ensuring our AI solutions deliver exceptional value.

What you’ll do

Business Consultation

  • Dive deep into client needs during the solution offering phase to tailor our AI
    offerings to their business objectives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning our solutions with client goals to drive
    significant impact and value.

Technical Product Knowledge and Implementation

  • Master the ins and outs of ScaleVoice’s AI products and their technical
    frameworks.

  • Lead the technical implementation of solutions, ensuring seamless
    integration and top-notch performance.


End-to-End Project Management

  • Own the project lifecycle from scoping and solution design to integration and
    go-live.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver
    projects on time and within scope.

  • Innovate and refine processes to optimize solution deployment and client
    operations.


Customer Success Management

  • Maintain close relationships with clients, conducting regular check-ins to
    ensure satisfaction.

  • Identify and act on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize
    client value and company growth.

  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting client partnerships, driving loyalty and repeat
    business.
