We deploy AI agents capable of near-human communication via voice or text, over the phone, SMS or any other channel. About the Role
We're on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Prompt Engineer to join our team. As a Prompt Engineer at ScaleVoice, you will be developing, refining and optimizing AI-generated text prompts to ensure they are accurate, engaging and relevant for various applications. You will collaborate with different teams to improve the prompt generation process and overall AI system performance.
What you’ll do
Design and develop conversational prompts for AI Agents across various channels,
including voice, chat, email, and messaging platforms.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, business
requirements, and product goals.Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving prompt
effectiveness and customer satisfaction.Utilize natural language processing (NLP) techniques and best practices to optimize
prompt performance and accuracy.Implement and iterate on prompt designs based on user feedback, usability testing,
and data-driven insights.Ensure prompt consistency, coherence, and brand voice alignment across all
customer interactions.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in
conversational AI and NLP.
